This kit contains one DVD of an interviewer from a bank planning to hire helpdesk support staff. She is seeking a qualified candidate with suitable hard and soft employability skills. At the beginning of the video is an introduction of the company and the hiring plan. This is followed by a series of interviewee and opportunities for students to take the perspective of the human resource officer and evaluate the interviewees on related criteria.
