The books are written at guided reading levels A to I, with each theme containing one book at a lower, middle and higher reading level. Themes explored in the set are: Métis Beadwork, Métis Clothing, Métis Dance, Métis Food, Métis Identity, Métis Music, Métis Symbols and Celebrations and Métis Traditional Storytelling.
