Jenny Sue is not happy when her teacher suggests that she see an ophthalmologist to treat her strabismus because Jenny Sue likes the way that her travelling eye allows her to see the world in a unique way. The ophthalmologist prescribes a patch over Jenny Sue's lazy eye and this causes much difficulty for Jenny Sue because not only does she have difficulty seeing, but her classmates tease her.
