Through interviews with young people who have succeeded in their careers despite numerous obstacles, this uplifting program encourages students to identify their dreams and goals and then develop an action plan so that they can realize them. The strategies suggested to assist students include: set goals, be disciplined, communicate, get organized and take positive risks.
