Hayley Kincaid and her father have just returned to her father's hometown where Hayley hopes to begin a normal life as a high school student. Life is far from normal, however, as Hayley's father sinks deeper into despair and drug use in an attempt to deal with the post-traumatic stress he experiences from his military tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
