This DVD from The Jazz Master Class series from NYU includes an introduction by Gary Giddins and a performance and an interview with saxophonist Jimmy Heath and bass player Percy Heath. It also includes student performances and the brothers' comments about the performances. Jimmy and Percy Heath recall stories as they play duos such as "Sleeves," "Round Midnight," "Love Song" and "Prince Albert." A second DVD provides special features such as pre- and post-class interviews with the students, interviews with Gary Giddins and Jimmy and Percy Heath and transcriptions of "Sleeves" and "Love Song". During the interview, the brothers talk about making a living and the New Jazz Quartet.
