This learning guide is the first in a sequence of Ascent manuals to learn about AutoCAD 2021. It introduces essential core topics in order to create technical 2D drawing on a computer using AutoCAD 2021. Not every command is explored but the user will be introduced to the AutoCAD workspace and user interface, the basic drawing, editing and viewing tools, drawing objects on layers, blocks, preparing a layout to be plotted and adding text, hatching and dimensions.
