Matt's family has moved three times and this place is the worst one yet. The subdivision is new and there is nothing but mud, rocks and sticks. Using his imagination, Matt creates a community. Using a stick, a winding line becomes Snake River. A pile of rocks becomes Dog Tooth Mountains. Soon, a girl joins Matt and the community is expanded using popsicle sticks.
